Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • in their original packaging
  • in a resaleable condition

Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

You may also wish to contact your card provider or bank, as refunds can sometimes take a little time to show.

Partial Refunds / Non-Eligible Returns

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, or a return may not be eligible for a refund. This may include:

  • items not returned in their original condition
  • items that are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • items returned after the 30-day return period

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was sent to the purchaser first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

If you are returning an item worth over £50, we recommend using a tracked service.
